It is submitted that we are the students of DCS are writing this application to you as our last option after running from door to door for solution to our problems. Sir following are the problems that we are facing.
- Using personal Ego against the students and passing only 2 students out of 50 by MR Atif Qureshi including the student candidate for Gold medal (BSSE 3, Subject SE2). He failed these students because these students hold a strike against his attitude in class and he did not had sufficient knowledge of the course SE 2(Software Engineering 2). F.A and B.A degree of Atif Qureshi are attach in the end.
- Rules are being change by the personal will of one person and over looking the committee made for such purpose.
- Students are threatened by Department official (Head of department) regarding projects.
- Students are not allowed to take projects that are most commonly being taken by students of different universities and in the software industry.
- Courses are not being offered by the HOD despite fulfilling all the legal formalities required to be offered.
- Teachers are discriminating the students by comparing the university and the students of university with MAJU (Muhammad Ali Jinnah University). These discriminations against the Islamians by the faculty members hired from MAJU. Saying that “you the students of Islamic university are dull as compared to students of MAJU”. And further saying us in our project proposals and during project internal examination that “these kinds of projects are not even of the caliber of projects taken by students of MAJU during their semesters”.
- The projects are rejected by HOD even if approved by the Teachers committee assigned, students have to wait even for 6 months as HOD and 4 faculty members of MAJU keeps their proposals in their office and use obnoxious language against students and university when asked to comment on the proposal
- We are not even allowed to take courses with the projects. This is against the rules. When we discuss this matter we are said that “OK take the projects and your projects would be rejected time and again. And your project will be approved in next semester only.
- Course contents of a course SQM software quality metrics) taught to BSSE 2/7 by MR Shahzad Anwar, were not completed. When this issue was forwarded to head then it was said that course contents are not part of Hadith and thus no action was taken. Mr. Shahzad Anwar is also from MAJU. MAJU rejected people are carried out here in IIUI to torture students of IIUI,
- The teachers from MAJU discourage our students by saying their university is thousand times better than IIU.
- Its not understandable that why MAJU,s rejected faculty is being hired permanent as well as visiting. Does this mean that IIUI don’t have any person who is an alumni of this university and is currently working in the software industry? The behavior of these teachers/ officials from MAJU is intolerant.
- We are compelled by Head of Department that ‘go and Drop the course’ instead of removing the clashes in time table.
- Projects are assigned to those teachers who have no expertise regarding that field.
- HOD is telling the students of senior batches that they are here in university for more than one year. Meaning that we have to get degree in 5 years, instead of 4 years.
- The students are mishandled by higher authorities of department. They use to threaten if any problem is taken to them instead of solving that problem.
- The students who haven’t cleared the course Islamic studies have been told by head of department to study Physics and it will be shown as Islamic studies in your degrees.
- The head of department is repeatedly telling the students who have 1 or 2 subjects remaining and the course is not offered that “OK, give fee of 15 students and then you can study (that particular) course”.
- Time of classes had been in constant clash with the timing of JUMMA PRAYERS(Friday 12:00 – 1: 30) during the last semester as well as the current semester, on our complaints regarding the timings we were told by the HOD that” what is important studies or Prayer, time table would not be changed”.
- Upon insistence for change in time table the HOD is constantly telling the students” go and get the deferment for the semester I would not allow any change in time table”.
- A teacher from MAJU, who is also a friend of Mr. Atif Qureshi , said during his lecture that “SE 3(BS software Engineering, 3rd batch) never think that Atif( Mr. Atif Qureshi) will not take his revenge. He would take his revenge either directly or indirectly, through us or anyone else would take the revenge, and you people will suffer till the end.
- We all students of DCS are strongly disappointing by the behavior of HOD and we are sure that we are in university only to be tortured and to run from one higher official to another and not to study.
- Because of above mentioned student problems we are compelled to consult the president of university again and again.
Sir it seems that the appointment of HOD Dr. Naveed Ikram is a big conspiracy against IIUI and especially Computer Science and Software engineering Departments (DCS). So we request your highness to take strict action against the persons responsible for all this, so that the process of progress in DCS should remain consistent, the fallen of department into corruption and low standard can only be removed by taking exemplary actions against these officials, If it does not happen then it may happen that the time will pass away and we will run behind the rope.

Apparently new recruits from MAJU have not only ruined the culture of IIUI but have badly treated the students. Their harsh and cruel words for IIUI and behavior towards students is seriously questionable and requires immediate action against them.

well dear Students of DCS. Our strike is postponed for 2 days (13th and 14th feb). We are just waiting fot notifications and giving time to uni so that they can fulfill our demands but in these two days No class in DCS. DCS department is closed for two days. No joining and no fee submission. And these two days will not affect your attendence. and i would request CR’s of every batch that write and application to HEAD demanding that your class dont want to study any course from MAJU faculty. That application must be signed from each and evry student of class. and Submit that application to HEAD. And take comments on that application from HEAD. A sample application ll be availble soon. Also take photocopy of that application for future reference.

Students can NEVER EVER accept to see and hear from the teachers who have HUMILIATED and mentally tortured them.The first thing that could provide the least comfort is immediate REMOVAL of ALL the convict teachers and the one ( NAVEED IKRAM) who supported them in acts of inhumanity and disfiguring the image of IIUI.
All concerned faculties, committees and senseful people are requested to take a serious look into this grave matter that has risked the future and lives of many.

Well all that happened was bad and unfair. The thing is that if we students remain united for the good cause, then the GOD is with us. Now at least the university administration knows that going bad with the students can cost them their jobs.
I don’t know what the hell these MAJUians think them selves? These dumbas*ses are spoiling the name of their own university. They came from a university which is not worth comparison with IIUI (the whole thing is jealousy– the area of IIUI’s toilets is bigger than their whole university) and still they think they are somewhat superior. I don’t know how MAJU gave them their degrees they don’t deserve a metric degree. They’ve challenged the islamians and we will show them what we are!
I assure you that all IIUI students are with the students of DCS. Now let them show some attitude and we will show them what we can do.

What a Shame for Naveed Akram? If he would have a little bit of (KHARAT) he must whould have resigned himself. But it seems like he is a pathatic (SAWARSHI) of Mr.Aman Ullah. And nothing more then this. According to HEC. He doesnot have any of the research Papers Published by the well know Journal or even news Paper. But Even then….. He is an Assitant Professor not a Professor. But he is HOD. How whould it be possible…….?????

With the respect that we can possibly summon for you; we state that we cannot accept those teachers to teach us again who have been involved in the acts of threatening and individual harassment. Despite the fact these teachers were subjects to present themselves before the inspection committee and many of the cases regarding their behavior are pending in the committee. They have been assigned the course which is highly inappropriate and incomprehensible.
So it would be appreciated on your part if such teachers are not allowed to teach us any subjects.

But just coz atif is an illetrate doesnt mean that whole of the faculty is bad. i being student of se 2/7, was taught by Sir Zohaib Zafar, Sir Usman, n cyco, complexed Shahzad Anwar(looser :p) from the MAJU party… the first two are great n the last one was even worse than a looser. He wud b the last teacher on earth whom i wud accept as a teacher, the “perha likha punjab” teachers r faaar better than him too. he is a Complexed n a Looooser with the biggest “L” of the world.
About Sir Zohaib Zafar, he is the greatest teacher one can ever have and i m blessed that our class got two courses to learn from him… so hats up to Sir Zohaib Zafar… NO REGRETS!!!
Sir Usman is kinda political teacher, so i wont comment on him n as far as i know Sir Naveed, i didnt find him as bad as Dr. Khalid Rasheed and Dr. Sikander Hayat Khan.

Sir Ashr was teaching “Computer Architecture” both at male & female campus. Now he has left the uni & doing job some where……In male side only 13 boys are passed.
In female section, he gave C+ to topper & failed almost more than half class.
Student having 18 in mid out of 20 & attemped all questions well in final paper got d+.When she asked from sir, she got response that sir would discuss this matter with her. Sir gave her time but when at that time she called sir, Sir told her that he had only 5 mins to discuss matter of grade (that she got d+ even though she got 18 in mids out of 20 & attempted final paper well).She searched sir in male staff room & asked coordinator but no one knows whether sir is at university or not at that time.Even she call sir Rizwan & he told her that he didnt see sir Ashr in university on that day at the time given by sir .After 2 mins she called again sir & got response that sir waited for her long but she didnt come and now the sir is not in university.

in next semester he hired zafar who taught under graduate uml instead of acrhitecture. where the principles go now? sack him or we will make him an example of corruption in whole country.

Hi, if possible for any one then check the grades/division of Mr Naveed Ikram(HOD) in Inter and Bachelor degrees. The whole story will become clear to you, and I don’t think this application will be of any effect coz at the moment they all are same in this HAMAM.

We respect them all and dont want any bad hapenings between any one. Please boys, if you had problem with Sir Atif, this problem has already been solved as you have been assigned Dr Naveed Ikram as your teacher. Please stop destroying your own future. Come on, face the fact that the new administration has brought very good changes and we are now bound to work hard in order to servive in this new educational environment in International Islamic university.

Sometime it happens that only one person causes the problems, so please dont blame other teachers i.e. Sir Naveed Ikram, Usman, Zohaib, Ashar. These persons are very competent and dont create troubles for students. Please dont get so emotional, becos this practice will not only lead to spoil our university impression but as well as our country. thanks

Do talk about the bloody Usman Nasir. He has done MCS from MAJU and according to HEC rule even a lecturer must have done MS, from a well reputed university, not from MAJUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.

today i saw maju teachers logged into our site and they were posting messages from galz names… they are so damn beghairat. They sould all resign but they shameless and now posting fake messages. plz khuda kay liye… students uto… and for God sake… Maju stop ruining IIUI and plz go away.
Zohaib hum say atif ka badla layna chahta hay… who thinks he is cute, he is a piece of —- who is posting fake messages from his office. I am sure students will catch him re handed and other Maju ppl red handed.
One who thinks that Zohaib is talented should go to industry and have a look what is going on. If he is that brilliant then why he rejects all industry projects. He deserves no place in faculty.
Atif according to rules of HEC doesnt deserve lectureship, so he is a cheater and a cheater cant be our teacher.
Naveed is biggest cheater of IIU who is a fake Associate Prof. who studied from Al Khair and 3rd class UK uni. which is even not recognized in UK. Salford is not even a college there.
This is their real and they should resign if they have even a bit of courage else they should be kicked immediately anf their entry in IIU premesis should be banned forever.
Basic problems are these:
1. Management including HOD doesnt seem to hav a responsible attitude. He also seems to be lacked in management skills.AS they r not trying to negotiate the problems but are pushing the students.
2. Teachers of MaJu dont have attitudes of teachers. It shows that they r immature product of MAJU, and still havent learn how the teacher should be. So its the problem of matureness on teacher side as they talk about revenge,comparison, biasedness etc.
if students were ever wrong, inspection committee wud never accept our demands. NO culprit teacher has been given our courses and they will be never again. NAVEED IKRAM cant teach any course as long as his own corruption is subject to be presented before the committee. SO GIRLZ and senseless GUYZ: stop bullshitting. u know nuthin.
V know ov them teachers. they cant sleep. they have nightmares abt what the **** they have done to the students of IIUI. WELL, actually NO. they dont have no nightmares. cuz in their false mind they are right. They lack human feelingz and concerns. they are self defined, useless, cursed entities that have pathetic existence incapable of surviving long.

Dear Students,
Although it is true and fact but teachers are respectable. It is said that “All animals are equal but some animals are more equal”. Teachers may be more equal. Students have nature of getting frustrated quickly yet teachers should keep them cool as teachers are responsible for all these happenings.
In good universities there is relative marking system which means that if majority of class gets failed then this directly responds to teacher abilities and his knowledge etc etc….
Due to some black sheeps it is not ethical to criticise all teachers.
I hereby request to all admins of this site, please do not publish names of teachers here even though they have deficiencies, if possible.

though im not a DCS student but after reading all this frustration of students i must say that the other faculty students have no idea whats going on in faculties other than theirs.we are preplexed of our problems, every day a new change takes place , a new rule comes in making us all worried of the future of this university and the students.i feel that the university has lost all of its gradure and objectives on which it was once built. every faculty is in chaos. imagine a thesis writer who has completed her viva and all the formalities n at the end she is told to take more subjects as her degree requirements have not been completed.imagine how frustrated she will be??
but the administrators dont pay heeds to any of the complaints.

Its easy to give marks without looking at the whole project, BUT its hard to read every single line of the whole project, Study it thoroughly, pinpoint even the smallest of the mistakes n then give marks accordingly.
This is what Sir Atif used to do. And from this we learned alot. As In the past no teacher ever bothered to study r projects so thoroughly as he has done.
Wudnt it hv been easier for him to jst give away marks to every1 widout evn looking at the projects.. I guess this is what the boys wanted.

1) One girl said here that these teachers very nice then i ask from them what Mr Usman done on female side few days before Fail all girls specially those who have there cousines or some one involved in that strike .

3)Why students didnt come out when Sir Asim Muneer fail 30 students .When HOD Sir sikander Hayat fail 45/50 guys they were also teachers and they are now too but they dont behave like these teachers these teachers behave in the way which shows that in which atmosphere they are built up .It shows there is some thing wrong in there growth either by there teachers or by there parents .
4)The true person is one against which if one person say that he is wrong and then after that he feel shame in his self that some one is not satisfied from me and he leave that position bczz from his position the pplzz are not satisfied and against MR Atif QUreshi 200 guys strike and he still there .
5)Very soon you pplzz will see some one will slap these teachers then they will say that teacher respect is finished like this .These sort of teacher are a black mark on the name of teachers .Before that some one behave in this manner to them they should leave this university .Mr Atif Qureshi is oo much Qulified and Genious then why dont he join some other university .Bczz a talented person have no fear to go and join some other institute bczzz every one want to get benifited from his knowledge .
7)And Mr HOD when some one go to him he say wht can i do if u are going to ceaze ok go and ceaze he has no care of any one .
8)He says that i want to make this institute revenue gererating institute .I want to tell them that its not MAJU its Islamic University where middle class students study and also poor .Sir if you are here with the thought that you will get revenue from here and then after that you will earn commision from that revenue then go and join some university like MAJU where the guys fro High society come and pay money just to get degree and for enjoyment .The proof of this fact is after taking the Charge Mr Naveed Ikram Finish the Rle of UR courses ,Finish The need Base ,No Scoholorship and preventions more and more students are prevented so that revenue can be generated .
9)The guys done a strike they get alot of Achivements they done a great job .They successfully passed rules from president like UR has no fee ,Gold Medilist Student Gold Medal Continued ,The Rules will be implemented according to the date of admission of the students like if some one get admission in 2005 he will follow the rules of that time not the rules made in 2008 .And also the rule of supervision courses also continued .This is the victory of the students if the university officials were right then why they accept these things and admit that this person MR NAVEED IKRAM is not capable of managing the department so he is making messups.

well well well. hold on a minute miss amna and all others who think that we abused the teachers and we damaged their vehicles. first of all not even a single word of abuse was used for any teacher. for this u can ask anyone even the faculty members, all the deans who came to us during our strike and even atif, usman nasir and Dr. naveed(if these 3 people have any conciseness left in them). if this thing had happened then action would have been taken against us. but because the univ admin knows that we( dcs United)are on the right and we havent done anything wrong during our strikes. what can we do when we went to president and we were threatened that police would be called and army would be called and you all would be resticated(on the very first day).we are not the mouth piece of any one. these kind of things are repeatedly said by univ administration and you too are saying this. if we had any support then we may never had postponed our strike. if we didnt had any respect for our teachers then we may never had postponed our strike. if we didnt want university to have a good rating from National accredition council then we may never had postponed our strike. still if some one have any doubt in his/her mind then i am sorry you may never realize what the reality is. i ask you all who think that we are wrong to please refer to the university rules book. please consult HEC rules. and if we were wrong then no one would have supported us. you people from Women campus donot have to deal with these persons regularly but we have to deal with them regularly, i think you people are not exposed to the reality what you are seeing is a murky picture from far away. and one more thing where ever there is smoke this is fire. and for everyone’s kind information these charges that had been laid down by the dcs students were accepted by atif, usman nasir and Dr. naveed.
do you know that according to the rules a student whose attendance is below the required %age, even then the student can sit in the examination after having approval from the dean of faculty, who can lower the attendance to 70%. and here mr naveed ikram had rejected application of a student with 73% and that application was signed by the president of university. this thing was repeatedly said that there is no exception in 75 % attendance rule. who is responsible for all those students whose attendances fall below 75% but were more than 70 % and they were not allowed to sit in exams. who is gonna pay for those students fee. i am sorry to say that the person(dr. Naveed Ikram) who say’s that rules are made in his office, doesnt know the rules on which the university is functioning. think over again and again
i am confused that why the wole class failed in SQM??? the same paper was given here by sir shehzad anwar.. only a few girls cudnt get through the course..
even if you have jus studied the lectures .. you cud have done the paper..atleast u wud have got through the course…
before these new teachers, students had little knowledge of software designing. i have seen projects..the designs were poor..documentations were pathetic..no vision docs.. coding b/w the frames, 2 or i may say 1-tier architecture)….
majority of the students had no idea abt what OOP really is.. students say JAVA..they dint even know that JAVA isnt equivalent to OOP..OOP is a paradigm while java is ONE language of this paradigm..
these are the VERY basicthings i’m talking about..
sir shehzad is very very talented teacher but students think that ALL visual programming is VC… god..VC is jus one lang among others that utilizes visual programming..
there were a very low ratio of pure SE subjects.. now better subjects being offered..
though INTRODUCTION TO… type of subjects dont require DEEP STUDY.. but it dznt mean k students ko jus 5 chap karwa do without thinking k introduction main atleast 10% knowledge to convey kar dain if not more!!!

Guys according to university’s rule and prospectus and director acedamics and director exams:
“STUDENT of final semester can take 24 credit hrs and in special cases with the approval of dean he can take 28 credit hrs as well!!”
but this HOD is not allowing even 15 credit hrs!! he says aik saal or lagao aik subject k liyee.. wat ever he thinks,thts his prb not ours. but he should learn even from students tht in the university u should behave like a profesional.. dnt take the matters personal!!

We do accept that not all MAJU teachers are bad. Teachers like Zohaib Zafar and Adnan are good and respectable for us. Zohab Zafar taught us DC and was very good in teaching as well as outside the class and very helpful. But others like Atif qureshi and Usman nasir and the HOD dr.naveed himself are not of that caliber. You may not know some the facts of the charges against them. I list all the facts with arguments and then decide yourself. I would like to say that each of the fact is true and there is no mixture of any lie or personal disliking. I have asked questions and then give the answer for those questions which can be justified, to the point and not emotional.

First about Atif Qureshi:
1)He is 3rd Division in FA and BA humanities. in one of the degree, he was fail but was passed by grace marks. Now, if u go to any university, the requirements for to be a teacher is that he must be having a good academic record.He must have passed all the certificates and degrees with first division and a maximum of only one 2nd division throughout his academic record.
Q.1) Is Atif Qureshi qualified according to this criteria?
Q.2) If u still select him, Then will u be in a position to call ur university a standard university?
Q.3) Will a person from outside ready to be teached from a teacher who himself is a 3rd division?
2)We only know about the two his academic qualifications, we don’t know about his marks in matriculation and also don’t know how much times he attempted all the exams to get pass. We can well judge his other academic record as well. Which will also be the same, no doubt.
3)BA in humanities is not eligible for admission in MCS. He got admission in MCS in MAJU against the rules. Only a 3rd class university gives admissions to 3rd class students just to earn money violating rules and make the business go. Such types of universities and colleges have degraded our education standard and their sole purpose is to earn money. They even sell degrees. And The president himself said this in front of the students and whole faculty pointing to Atif Qureshi and his degree and also MAJU.
Q.4) Do u still favour Atif Qureshi as a teacher?
Q.5) Can u say surely that his degree in not fake?
Q.6) If not fake, did he get his MCS degree according to the HEC rules?
4)In SE3(Male), he failed 48 students out of 50. Even the position holders and the toper was failed. And the two students passed with C grade.
Q.7) Do you agree that the whole class was dull?
Q.8) If not dull, then do u believe that Mr.Atif is fit for teaching?
Q.9) If dull, then how the toper of their class got A grades from teachers like Sir Nadeem and Sir Shehzad Ashraf and sir Shakeel who are well known for their strictness In grades and fair grading?
5)He kept a rude behavior with the students the whole semester. He was not helpful to the students because he had no command over his subject. And acted like that he is very strict. He was just a clever imposter. And such teachers make their wayout from such situations by using these kinds of tactics.
Q.10) Teacher must be a man of respect, a man of dignity, he must be polite and helpful, Do u support a rude teacher?

Now about Mr. Usman Nasir
Usman Nasir is also just like a clever imposter. He is just a chatter box. He is just like a “apney mun, mian mitto”. The slides which he taught in SPH were 100% copied from the internet. Any one can come and say something about the points given on the slides. When ever he was asked questions, his answers were contradictory to most of his statements and confusing. ”Ghool mool javab dete ta”. We do accept that he is well talented in talking only. NO real command on what he taught.
He himself said in the class that was the first student of Dr.Naveed Ikram and he is here only because of him. And that this is his first ever permanent job. Which means that no one gave him permanent job ever and was kicked out of the organization all the times bcoz he can talk only. Thanks to dr.Neveed Ikram that he finally succeeded in getting his first ever permanent job.
Q.11) Do u still support him as a teacher who came on personal relationships and “sifarish”?
Q.12) if u support him,then as a student, how will play your role in making our society clean of such dirts of “sifarish” and “rishwat” and make the system clean and fair for new upcoming generations?
He himself said in a class that “Mujhey programming khak nahi atey”. Means that he is not qualified to teach any programming course. This semester, his dear teacher dr.naveed Ikram assigned him the course of OOP(Object Oriented Programming). Which, as everyone knows for many years, has been teached by sir Nadeem and every one knows how he teaches. He is also a gold medalist.
Q.13) Do u still support mr.Usman Nasir for OOP and prefer him over Sir Namdeem?
Q.14) Don’t u think dr.Naveed is biased against the old faculty and giving preference to his MAJU party by assigning courses to them?
During the strike, he threatened some of the students. He said that ”main dehkta hoon ye kasy pass hoty hain in other courses, market main kis tarah jatey hain, internal kis tarah pass Karen ge ye loog and external be kharab karoon ga in ka”. Now don’t say that its only an allegation, its 100% true.
Q.15) Do u still support such a teacher?

Now about mr. Shehzad Anwer.
This teacher was a visiting teacher also from MAJU. He had a job in industry. He had no command over his subject. He wasted our whole course and time and taught nothing. And the result that he gave was 26 fail, about 16 passed. Only 2 C+,and the rest all C grades.no grade above C+. One of the position holder got 5 A grades and only one C+ in this subject . and this was the easiest subject in the whole semester.
Even a person in his own organizations comments about him that “Kya Islamic university pe itna bura waqt agaya hai ke ab shehzad anwar jasy loog be islamaic mai teaching Karen ge”.
His own dear friend mr Usman Nasir comments about him when we told him about the result of our class in SQM.“is .… ne sub ko he fail kar diya, is ko tu hum is liye liaye te ke kuch kama le ga, kuch teek ho jae ga”. Means that the sole purpose of this MAJU party is to earn money and make their “nikammey” frnds happy.
Q.16) Can u justify the C+ grade that the position holder got against the rest of the 5 A grades?
Q.17) Does this man deserve to b a teacher?
Q.18) Do u still support mr.Usman nasir who is ruining our career for just money?

Now about HOD, Dr. Naveed Ikram.
First about his history. He was a 7 scale clerk in Islamic University. He somehow made relation ships with a powerful person in the university and went abroad on scholarship for studying, violating all the rules. He was financed by Islamic university on the condition that he will teach in Islamic after his return. But when he returned, he joined Bahria University violating the bond signed with Islamic because he was offered a high pay their. Then he joined MAJU again for an offer of high pay as compared to Bahria. Then went to Rifiah university for the same reason and became HOD there. Now, Atif Qureshi was also with him. First Atfi Qureshi was fired from Rifah and Mr. Neveed himself because he didn’t let the students to take a LAB of one credit hour and as a result there was a deficiency of 1 cr.h in there degree which delayed heir degree. SO due to his this bad management he was fired from there. He then joined MAJU again. And Then Thanks to our President that he offered him a high pay and HOD post and so he came to Islamic. He also brought his MAJU party with him. This party failed the selection test. Then Mr. Naveed Ikram went to the president and signed the appointment letter of his party from him violating all the rules.
Q.19) Do you still support mr. Naveed Ikram who is not dedicated to any organization? Who only wants to earn money and nothing more?Who will also be ready to leave Islamic if offered high pay from another organization?
Q.20) Do u still support MAJU party who came violating all the selection rules?
He also changed most of the rules against it proper procedure and according to his own Will. Here is the proper process for changing any rule.
“There is a study committee, whose members are HOD, Sir. Shezad Ashraf, Sir Asim Muneer, a teacher from FAST, a teacher from RIFAH, and two other members. This committee will meet and decide about any rules to be changed or new rules. Their decision will be then taken to the “Board Of Governors’” who will then finally approve the decision taken”.
Now, HOD didn’t followed this procedure. He made all his home made rules and tried to implement that. Like not letting any one who has even a single course fail. In fact u can take register 18 cr.hrs regular, up to 24 cr.hrs and 27 cr.hrs by the permission of DEAN. When the students protested against his this self made rule that their degree will be delayed to one year,he would reply ” I don’t care for ur degree and ur time”.
Q.21) Do you support his self made rules violating all other rules?
Q.22) Do you support a HOD who do not care for student’s time and their valuable time and money to be wasted?
Now coming to the issue of Jumma Prayers. In our 7th semester,we had a class of DC from 12:00 to 1:30 on Friday. Jumma prayer time was between 1:30 and 1:45. You can confirm this from our DC teacher Sir. Zohaib Zafar. When our class fellows went to the HOD to change this timing, he replied “Jumma zaroorey hai ya Class”, means that that from his perspective, class is more important that Jumma Prayers. We had than to manage the class from 11:30 to 12:15 with the consent of Zohaib Zafar. But Zohaib Zafar was unable to reach at 11:30 bcoz ha had a class from 10:00 to 11:30 in the female campus. So we had to comprise on our class for Jumma Prayers. We then adjusted the time of upto 45 minutes with the newt class means of 2 hr and 15 min. We are really thankful to Sir Zohaib Zafar for his this cooperation.
Q.23) Do u support Mr. Naveed Ikram for his preference of class on Jumma Prayers.
Another issue of Course Offering. This was a big issue for students of last semester. He was not ready to offer courses for senior batch which was resulting in delaying of degree of courses. We requested him many times but his simple one answer was “I don’t care for you time and degree”. And the girls who say that there was no such issue and HOD offered the courses and solved other issues, then they may also note that the courses were offered on the day of strike and after the strike. Your many problems were solved after the strike.
Don’t just blindly oppose boys for strike. Strike is a very very big step. You cant just go and decide for a strike in just one day and just for minor reasons. Strike can not be done by just the wish of 2 or three students or even 20 or 30 students. DCS male numbers more than about 200. U cant gather such a big number of students just for the wish of a few students at the same time. Such a big step can be taken only if above 80% students are with you. So dont argument blindly,think logically that why and how all the students agreed for a strike. try to dig out the root cause instead of talking baseless.
Now give the answers of the above questions asked. But please, be logical and to the point. And only those arguments which can be justified. Not emotional answers. There is no room for emotions in LAW.
Still many more issues remains, but later on other issues.

well my class’s opinion is tht plz forgive us and let us do our degree on time. apply the new rules on the new students not on the last semester students. and its amazing to see that there is no notification of Dr.Naveed’s self made rules. girls r crying as they see their degree is sinking in water. two girls left the degree bcz of this long term rules n got married.. other girls r planning to do so too… so if all the girls start leaving the degree n get married then wat will be the future of women in pakistan???.. there would be no females in software industury?? some one please ask them to stop this non-sense. when every one is against u, go and see urself.

n if ur srs was upto the std, u wud’ve got good marks in it (if som1 had put effort he/she hz got marks in it)…
n the final paper had jus 1 ques wz difficult, Q 1(n i personally think that it myt be wrong on sir’s part to giv it 20 marks weightage, but the rest of paper carrying 25 marks wz EASIEST ones..(those who have no idea that they were from lectures will deginitely find them difficult n will disagree to me.. n they r right in disagreeing with me coz nothing seems easy unless u have given it atleast a bird’s eye view..)

3. never says and threats on phone calls

6.never compares his uni with others and if does then “Sky is the limit” there are other better unis than MAJU, why n’t with them ???
7. never removes the scholarship programme for the hardworking students
8. never acts like a pie with a students, infact being a teacher ( parent) tries to resolve the problem in a decent manner

as earlier once again i request you all to be polite and dont use any harsh words for the teachers, what ever they have done but dont become like them, show everyone that you are a proud islamian and a proud member of dcs united. miss amna i want to ask you one question what would you do or what would be your comments for a persons who says that” agar tum apnay baap ko bhi qabar main utar k aao to bhi tumhain chutti nahin milay gi”. yes we as a nation are very emotional we take everything very personal very quickly, we go on rampage in our country for issuance of carricatures against our holy prophet because we respect him more than anything else, we consider him as a father, but what if you hear this kind of things about your father. i again ask you please for God sake consult the rules book of 2004/2005( i think you are also from that batch). you would know each and every thing about the rules. and to be more specific please consult the pages from 250 to 270(because one cant study the whole rule book). tell me who is responsible for the fee of students who were exempted from taking the exams(because there is a rule for relaxation of attendance). who is accountable for the time of those students. do you know why Mr. naveed ikram was thrown out of ripah university because the degree of students had finished and still one credit hour in their degree was remaining.
these are the words of mr president from the first meeting that we had with him” i know they are incompetent, i know they are immature, but they would learn”(mr naveed, mr atif, mr usman nasir, mr shehzad anwar). tell me if the person on highest most rank in the university has these remarks for the head of department what would happen. are we the only ppl on whom all kind of experiments are made. why mr. naveed wasnt given the lecturer-ship instead of being made hod to get mature. the Position of HOD is very critical and a person who is mature and competent deserves it. if mr. atif was right then why Dr. naveed ikram changed him from teaching to bsse 3/6 even after rejecting the application with the remarks that teachers are not assigned on the will of students. if he was right then why he was changed. he has been the HOD of this department for well over 6 months and he dont know the rules. let go the complicated rules he dont know the rules abt course offering, attendance, about the projects, about the credit hours per semester. atleast a HOD is supposed to know these kind of rules. he had told Mr. Gulzar Khawaja(director acad) that 24 credit hrs may be the rule but we have a practice of 12 credit hrs in our department. how many final semester students have he seen in his tenure as HOD, that he is saying that the department has this practice. this is the first full fledge batch of final semester students during the tenure of DR. naveed ikram

Well one thing that i know about Dr. Naveed is that he is not on TTS. Even he is not eligible for TTS as he has no research. His phd form England is also a big ?. He has got no research either but is as i have heard form seniors in MS Software Engineering that he is forcing them to write his name on every project to boost up his profile. More over to teach the students a lesson he has decided to teach BS himself. He is the person who failed all the students in MS class and all the class was going to be expelled form the university until the president changed the orders of probation.
More over Mr. Naveed Joined the university on a pay of 1 Lakh and has taken it to 2 Lakh and is forcing us to pay more for our studies from underrated teachers of MAJU just for filling his own pocket.
Well i say lets get rid of such ppl who are parasites to the university.
I think they are on a mission to close the science faculties of IIU form Musharraf we have got to stop them or we will all keep on suffering like this
the main reason of failing the students is that the paper was made from lectures which were missed by students when they were on strike and they were told that they would be taught those 2 lectures again but those were not. the reason wasnt paper pattern. no one would justify his/her failure on the ground that pattern wasnt told this is as pathetic comment as anyone could have made and i am sorry to say but please miss amna think over again and again what have you said. these subjects were not of the kind in which even the student who has not only passed more tough subjects than se2 but also maintained a CGPA of 3.9 till 6 semester and wasnt good enough to get even a c grade. there is something wrong but surely not in students. these are the remarks of one of the faculty members” i dont accept that he failed to get even c in this subject” and regarding the student who was gold medalist candidate in bsse2 the remarks of the teacher are” i have taught him i dont believe that he got c, there is something wrong”

ahhh how pity. i am not trying to clearify my point or promoting my point by using phopehcy. ya every one has scope of mistake and even Hazrat Adam made mistake he was always not allowed to remain in Jannat. these are not the matters that we want to discuss. why not mr. naveed ikram. about project dr naveed ikram had said that i would reject your proposals time and time again and i will see how would you complete your project. he has superseeded even the committee for projects. the SIG’s havent come to the scene yet. why projects proposals were not given go ahead for 4 months and 1.5 months even after not changing a single word in it. so if u think that u wud b doing ur project in next semester then u r in this university or a lot of more time. 27 cr hrs can be taken including the project

i, n alot others, do want to clear it again that WE ARE NOT AGAINST STUDENTS…we ourselves are students n gave the same paper n stuff…
we have heard from a lotov students that he must have told us paper pattern n that had he told the paper pattern that no theory were coming ..we wud have done computataional questions n got through it….n stuff
s it is NOT the matter of winning the argue and so this isnt the story that someone made up..the whole issue is to get back to work as soon as possible coz students that have deadlines are worried by the situation n their time is being utilised the the activities that is not gna get them any good…
please everyone understand that the issue is not to argue but to TRY to take the true nature of the situation to the surface (i aint refering to maself only.. everyone though against or in favor of this all).
for your kind information the block gates were open from wednesday and regular classes are being held. we are told by univ admin that teachers against whom cases are pending cant teach the classes so those classes are not taking place and all others are taking place.univ admin uses faculty members to postpone our strike just to get accredition and we also helped them, but once again even after knowing the rules the HOD is refusing to give us courses. what is it. we have given assurance to univ admin that gates of faculty would not be closed now. so if we have given any deadline then it is to end up this mess as early as possible. we want committee rulings earlier not 3 months later.
who would pay heed to our demands after accredition council meeting on 22. when these ppl are not paying any heed to our demands now then how would they after 22 thats why we are giving calls for strike. but this time peaceful as last time but not by stopping the entry in faculty but by some other means

we all are students and we all know very well that how much we respect our teachers. so leave this thing that we have done disrespect to them. this is not an official blog and this isnt the through which we are raising our voices. this is only to discuss why this all happened. no wonder if you people ever had any bad comment for any of the teacher. the fact remains that when we were on the strike and when ever we were taking classes no one, not even a single student misbehaved with any teacher. nor did we in our 4 hrs long meeting with dr naveed on last friday nor in the 3 hrs long meeting with all the faculty members on last tuesday. i again request the visitors of this blog to remain peaceful and dont personally taunt any one nor any teacher nor any student.
I ask all the visitors especially those who are in favour of these teachers to please answer the questions that i have raised in my comment # 226 and the rule that is pasted on the front page. moreover please tell me why the students were told that no relaxation in attendance and the rule is 70 %. who is gonna make up for these huge errors. How come 48 students can fail a theory related subject. can you get addmission bscs or bsse after getting FA degree, even if you have topped the board in FA can u still get admission. If i say i got 1st position everywhere before getting to FA and got bad grades in FA so please forget my past and give me admission??
i ask you all to please give me answers to this then we can talk on other issues, these are the issues that are pending before the commitee’s.

I agree with you mr. sam. All the girls are fake in this blog. they don’t even know what are they saying. i am a student of BBA here in IIUI and i have been reading this blog regularly.
I have closely observed the ways the girls write here. they talk too big for thier heads. this can’t be the real girls. it’s probably those teachers in thier disguise.

This is all Choor mafia and every body including Amanullah, naveed akram, rauf shaiekh, khalid rasheed and anwar siddiqi are part of it. Some times they have disagreement amonng them and thats the reason khalid rashid had to leave. Otherwise this mafia looks IIUI as an opportunity of business and money making and there is no merit whatsoever in them. You have put every thing about your department on this site. Some big crimes are going on across the IIUI in other departments but no body is taking note of it. We should all question that what HEC is doing as every thing is open now. If khalid rasheed was kicked out from this university because of some charges why has he been appointed in another institute. There are some faculty members and heads who claim PhDs but they cannot utter a single word in smooth english. Nalaiqi, corruption, fraud and nepotism should become the slogens of IIUI. Hamara Rector bhoot barra intellectual bana phirta hy, what is he doing about this. Anwar siddiqi himself is a corrupt man and you should see his history in allama iqbal university jhan har sharif admi us ky shade sy bhi panah mangta hy. Don’t write any aopplication to him. He will devuide you and then rule upon you. Talk to HEC to fix all of them and also send letters and fax to president of pakistan office as he is the head of this institue so that he should also know about what is going on here. Sinddiqi ny kuch nhi karna…choor choooron ky dost hoty hain…so simple is the rule…….

wats that to fight in this matter, c’mon act maturely, dont just start leg-pulling n come up with some rational ideas, if one of the teacher was not good at his BA n FA level, wt u guys have to do with it, u shud just b concerned about the subject wich he teaches u… i never got chance to get any course from sir Atif but as far as i ve heard from my juniors, he is a dedicated and hard-working teacher, so wats the fight about?? u r here to gain some knowledge, if u were good at the subject then any teacher could never flunk u… now abt Dr. Naveed, u just hate them coz of the project matter… is it fair?? final year students shudnt forget that it was dr. Naveed who told new teachers that try to be lenient with the students n u can see it in the case of ur Distributed Computing and Design Patterns courses.
Compare it with the situation when we had Dr. Sikandar, the experiences i n most of my fellows got with him were actualy more than pathetic, he even dint use to hear students. Not sure abt male campus but at female campus, he had some favourite teachers as wel as students, he was always busy talking junk n playing childish games with those teachers without even givin a damn to the studnt who was infront of him with any serious matter whether realatd to projct or courses or personal problems. As far as i had interaction with Dr. Naveed, i find him much more capable+hard-working as a professional. Never busy wasting his time in chatting junk…

we had our 6 semesters with islamian teachers among wich sir Suleman was one n by degree he is a gold medalist MS S/W engg… CGPA: 4 but his way of teaching, his casual behavior in class… i got no doubt that he might be having command on his subject but wen it comes to teaching he cudnt do that, we had 2courses with him, se-2 and oracle, thank God we got rid of him for our design patterns course n learnt wt designin actualy means… Thanks to sir Zohaib

abt sir Shahzad Anwar, yea m with u guys… he realy did bad with us, his teaching n his paper dint match atal, he jus mentioned once abt the practical part n was always enforcing the theoretical part rather he loved parroters, during mid he gave whole parroted paper n such was expected again but he jus threw the theoretical part away n gave the only practical part wich he dint explain much in clas, also we asked him the paper pattern, he was like its same as i did before 3,4 ques wud b thr, WAS HE GONA LOOSE SOMETHING BY TELLING US THAT CONCENTRATE WEL ON PRACTICAL PART TOO (since he dint teach dat wel in class) but we dont actualy need to comment more coz Thank God he left uni for the betterment of upcoming students, so juniors consider urself lucky 😉

first of all we dont have the backing of any teacher, if we had then we also would have the mcs/ms degrees of not only atif but also of all other teachers. this is a campaign of students only. now regarding what you answered mr. look
those remarks of mr. atif that” meray dimagh main rasoli hai” was the first thing mr. atif said in his first lecture. so the thing that he said because of students behaviour is wrong. secondly yes i accept sir shehzad and sir sikander also failed a lot of students but no one ever complained about how they taught. they never compared this univ to anyother univ, they never humiliated the students on the basis of them being the students of iiui. if you have a look at why sir shehzad failed a lot then there is a simple reason.
he taught you to draw circles on desktop(assignment & project) and in paper only asked you to draw it in a document(window). those who know the change in only 1 line easily did the paper, but if u cram the program and write a program that draws circle on desktop not on document, then you dont even deserve a number in that question. same was the case with other questions like hooks question. so if u cant do it then dont say that it was him to be blamed. he and sir sikander never evaluated students by marking the final paper with an 80% weightage.
with the way how sir hasnain naqvi taught, the faculty of applied sciences speaks for him. if you have any problem with any teacher then please do bring it to the notice of officials, you are very easily blaming all this on students that they want to somehow get through the subject but what have you ppl done. I being the CR of my class have always brought this thing to the concerned official(head) and our class supervisor, for proof, i once again ask you to talk to our teachers that what our responses were to different teachers. u can ask our class supervisor, u can ask sir zulqarnain, sir imran, sir shehzad, sir ashar, sir sameer and anyone else who has taught us.

sir Imran, no doubt very helping and caring teacher but as far as his teaching is concerned we hardly got to know much from him. We studied a subject Human Computer Interation… it was sucha intersting subject but i guess all of the students would agree with me by saying that we didnt beneficial study outa it,,, its book was so interesting and also included s/w oriented chapters but we never got a touhc of it during whole course coz besides course we were busy in other stuff relating sir’s past n present life details n stuff… I M NOT GOING AGAINST SIR IMRAN BUT WEN WE GOT TO STUDY WITTH SO COMPETENT TEACHERS THEN WE COULD EASILY COMPARE THOSE N FOR SURE PICK THE BEST ONE OUT!!!
in all of the semesters, the most serious n dedicated to work semester was 7th, teachers were so punctual and were commited to teach n let their students know their subject.

Girls i am with the guys. they have really suffered. my cousin is doin his SE here and he told me that sir usman nasir threatened a guy to fail him after that he had argued with him over his C grade in SPH when he deserved an A. Usman nasir told that guy not to take up SQM (doodh wala failed that guy as well) or he would definitely fail him for arguing with him. (remember usman nasir was given SQM at first to teach as a failure course).
So you all must ponder, a person who assaults somone personally cant be a good teacher rather a good human. itss so sad that some of us girls sont understand even when they know it all. they, too, have their brothers cousins who got failed by the same teachers but still they wont understand. Or perhaps they dont have no brother or sister who got failed thatsy they are so sensless.

i think the questions regarding what SE2 said and what khanum said have been answered by me in detail. and 1 more thing according to HOD(sir naveed ikram) the teacher is allocated to a class by me. so if a teacher is teaching a course other than his speciality then these kind of things would occur. and this is during the reign of Dr. naveed ikram that each teacher has been asked to teach 4 subjects. that is inhumane, i want to know why Dr. naveed ikram appointed sir ashar as teacher of computer architecture whereas his area of specialization was computer networks and his MS thesis topic was Mobile Adhoc Networks. why he was asked to teach CA, why he was supposed to teach database in place of sir imran during this semester. this isnt the problem of teacher this the problem of HOD and he is responsible for all the resources for students. earlier each teacher had to teach only 2 subjects. for example Sir nadeem was used to teach C++ and Computer Graphics but now he teaches system programming as well and he has command over all of them. but this thing is not right. sir imran used to teach DBMS and HR, sir zulqarnain java and DC. these all teachers are teaching other subjects as well and have command over them but the fact is that teacher should not be overburdened. thats what the answer is for what you said abt teaching of different teachers.
now dont mess with it and i again ask you all female students to tell us the reason of why the rules are breached regularly even after knowing them. i have talked abt those rules in my comment # 307 and rule pasted on home page. plz dont talk on non issues. talk on what the problem really is, and not on why follan person said this and follan person said that. we came up with such issues that caught admin napping. plz comment on them

Dear Students
First of all, accept my apology, if i hurt any of you students group’s feeling. I am currently teaching at nust university, my student told me to visit this link and i am totally shocked to see whats happening in islami university.
What i have observed, here one group is trying to find out the solution of their problems and the other one is trying to convience them, that they do not have any problems.
I’ll start with the later one, those students who think that the first group does not have any problem, it does not make any sence. Some times it happens that a single group like some teachers but other do n’t . Same is the scene here if you people like some teachers, it does not mean that they are liked by all the others. I think these people have given enough proves.Instead of saying them that you don’t have any problem is not the solution. Suggest some solutin to your fellow group to solve their problems.
For the group who are against the first group. If you people are having any problem, why do not you go HEC, as HEC will strictly notice it that how a man having low grades in F.A and B.A can teach at uni level. How a man having MBA degree ( Dr.Amanullah) can have such designation in uni. So you should take your matter to HEC
For the teachers, as i would be senior of most of them. I think it would be very difficult to regain respect from majority of the student and being a teacher you always see to be respected by students. So show some flexibility and join some other institute.
In short, Students who are against teachers, do n’t take it personal and take your matter to higher authority and get it solved by them.
For the students who are in favor of teachers, try to co-operate with your fellows and give them solutions

Well if these prestigious names are the best some-one ever studied than any one can easily examine the standard of such studies. This ‘Gang of Four’ is really trying to steal the spark light of this prestigious department which has more than 15 years in the making and they have shut down the doors of raw talent entering and nourishing into this department by ceasing all merit scholarships and wasting such allocated funds in making parking roofs to protect their vehicles, to plant expensive LCDs in departments to sell laptops on interest and all such rubbish steps. If all this absurd is called departmental improvement by any one than hats off for him/her. Yes problem always arises when only a simple F.A converted B.A Teacher plays with the future of any talented and deserving graduate.
The student should humiliate, and insult such a looter who himself is a mark of disgrace and insult upon name of this faculty. What answer should we give to our professional fellows when in the middle of a confident conversation they ask? “How many Courses have you taken from those B.A kind of teachers how many such precious gems your faculty have hidden in it?”, so any one can imagine the situation. Any ways in the past he was a third divisionar and right now the one who has been kicked off like the filthy mud.
Salute to such a genius who has earned a Masters of Science degree on the base of F.A & B.A. Yes no one in his/her sole life can make such a massive improvement .Dear no one can ever build a World Trade Centre on a hollow and muddy base. Yes if he is an extra genius his Final Computer Science degree can never be validated in any part of this world because even the MCS must have taken Mathematics and Physics to be eligible to apply.
Yes award should be given to such a person by digging a logo on his forefront stating “Best educational looter of the Millennium- The Mega Achiever”. If a Bachelors in Arts is constructing The “Software Engineers” this could be the worst that can happen to software industry.
Well no doubt such a person is a standing institution in him so he must have and definitely created jewels like him to back him up for him on a battle ground that has already being lost. If some one thinks him be the best at the university to teach SE-2 than He/She must by his/her heart make a sincere pray from Allah to forgive any of the sins some one may have committed because such things only happen when some one had done teribally wrong in the past and for the kind information this department without these invaders, still had those teachers whose single course had secured elite jobs for the students like those DBMS, Software Quality Metrics, SE-2 & PLs and that list always goes on to grow.
The cry is not upon failing or passing but sincerely speaking senior students cannot afford to see such a polluted blood to be injected into the veins of our strong department when it had its time of flourishing. We always had the very same opinion and strong repulsion for any one who had tried to wash his black hands with the glory of this department.
I my self had taken the course SE II – Software Engineering Batch Version
(The Web Engineering) and I had all those course contents in my mind that are listed by DCS, believe me that is not a rocket science that out of 50, 48 brains get fused and black out by not even securing 60 overall while attempting such paper well this cannot be any thing else than a brutal revenge that a looser can often take.
So any one standing over the slogan;” At-last truth will triumph” well in this scenario this only resembles me the Sheep walk when all junior sheep blindly follow their leader sheep who is always leading him/her and the others to a drowning dig so keep marching dear.
Yes He is here because when you had the passion to put a drum in your neck than you are forced to beat that as well there is no way out and that is why the Captain is forced to tie him to his as no option for him to scratch and throw such a shame from his team. and you are so right we should share such a medallion of honor to some other universities because they all would be dying to appoint him to bring empires of knowledge to them. For God’s sake don’t compare sir imran with these majuians. Being your class fellos let me say he completed the course outline. when we said that we have studied nothing in ITC, He said don’t say anything against teacher i’ll teach u. Its true he taught us Input and Out put devices like a first semester student. We use to make him busy by asking about his kids. I remember once he said you ppl are aware of my weakness and detracking me and will abuse me after the semester. But the whole class said no we’ll not do it. Even along with all that gup shup he completed the course and Object Oriented was not part of course outline. Yes we could not study from him DBMS and i can feel the difference as BSBI is the lucky class who is confident in DBMS. while we know nothing in DBMS. So SE2 should not use this name as she is not representative of our entire class. And Islamians male teachers should not be compared with these majuians. If majuians are that much capable why don’t they grace any other university with their so called knowledge after, all they have faced.

Hi there ! Most of you people surly not know me. I am FAISAL ex student of IIUI, DCS. BCS1 (1998) and MCS7 (2001) currently living in CANADA and pursuing my MS/PhD degree Computer Sciences from MacMaster University, Canada. I can feel the pain of the students suffering from these issues. I really felt very bad and sorrow for all of you. and believe me I am totally surprised to know that University management despite of knowing the situation still not doing enough to solve it. I am really shocked. I wish I could do some thing positive for you that help in solving the problem.
I request University management specially DCS IIUI being old student of this Department to look into the matter with great degree of honesty and responsibility. Our students are the only hope for us and future of the University. University is not the name of nice buildings and nice budget but successful students. and only well educated, responsible and experienced Professors can do this.
I hope University will do some thing for this so serious and important matter. take care !

1. In the history of IIU Dr Naveed managed 2 give computerized joining n fee voucher.
2. In washrooms they introduced Liquid soaps.
3. In faculty washrooms they planted electric geezer.
4. They have introduced prevention system to raise funds of university.
5. Most of all he has set an example for us…that where ever u r dun forget ur friends 2 job even if they r not on merit.
6. To enhance the student interest in studies n classes as well, no medical certificate is accepted, even they r in ICU.

2nd abt maju teachers…maju is uni which is producing output…nuffin wrong in that neither v say tht maju is bad uni.

m from BSSE3 , the 1 victimized class…v were working fine with Mr Atif Qureshi…bt in middle v had a small conflict with him. though he could manage quite easily…bt he proved himself so much stubborn…. v requested him, v approach dean, v consult HOD even v met president of uni, but unfortunately all in vein…

well guys…..our group is really unhappy with the maju people n we the group of DCS,FET,FMS has formed an underground group an decided to take the matters in our hands..consider it as a threat or anything else.
from now on if we are going to get any complaint from any student against MAJUins, we will beat him in the campus according to the planned program and then upload the photos taken while beating on the net, in newspapers and the media…..
so i may say ….that we the EXTREAMERZZ GROUP threat all the maju people in the university to fuck their fucked mama s in the right hole, otherwise they will be beaten inside the campus and they would not be able to take action against so many guys……i would like to inform naveed ikram to stay sensible or else…..from now on we would not like to see teachers of MAJU in the university who hv charges against them….
I would also like to inform other teachers who are not from MAJU , like imran saeed to take clear side, otherwise they would also be burnt in the EXTREAMERZZ fire…..

As I have written earlier…your problems/demands/concerns are genuine…no doubt the Uni. is polluted by MAJU (hell of idiots)branded bastereds…but please think for a while!!!!….. is it good to bag a bad name for our University? …Def NOT…then the right solution is to convey this information to: Chairman HEC, Rector IIU, Secretary Rabita Alme Islami (Pro-Chancellor of IIU)…I am confident that it’ll work…otherwise…. you’ll get nothing more than loosing repo of IIU and minimizing the chances of getting good jobs with degrees issued by IIU.

thank u very much for our support but let me tell you one thing, some one had sent the application that we had given to the president, to the Chairman HEC Dr. Atta ur rehman. as it didnt had any name on it, it was forwarded to Rector IIU for confirmation. Rector marked that application to President IIU and the president IIU returned that application to HEC with a remark” this is an anonymous application, and we donot deal any anonymous application”
what is this going on. simple is that
university administration doesnt want the betterment of students nor they are ready to lend an ear to students to know what is happening. if they had any concern with the problems of students any meeting should have been called. only a meeting of students with a faulty members committee was held just to show that they are doing some thing but the fact is that they are not doing any thing just playing with the temperament of the students. why the committee headed by Vice president(Acad) hasnt held any meeting yet.
I think univ admin should remember that an injured lion is more dangerous than a healthy one. this time if any thing happened then let me assure you it would be of huge scale.

It is such a shame that when people are challenged by some teachers, all they do is just complain about it. I am not saying that the teachers have no fault, they probably had attitude problems, but that doesn’t mean that you know more than them already. I read some comments stating that Zouhaib rejects industry projects, and just for the information of those people, Zouhaib has already worked for multiple companies (some of them are very highly reputed), and has a very good repute over there. Yes he is a bit strict when it comes to teaching, but that too is for the betterment of your own, something which really don’t realize at your tender ages of just pure aggression.
About the whole MAJU mafia, I would say that you should blame your University admin for that. If you aren’t happy with so many teachers from MAJU, then let your university admin know in the beginning, not when they fail you. But alas it is so easy to blame your teachers now since we are all hot blooded and don’t think from our minds but from our hearts.
And one more thing, some of these teachers (at least the ones I personally know, i.e. Zouhaib, Adnan, and Usman Jadoon) have experiences in several fields. They have done research (yes quality research with several high profile international researchers and several excellent quality publications), they have done industry work, and they have done teaching (not only in MAJU but in other places as well), and they can judge a students aptitude much better than you know yourself. Not everyone is a programmer or a researcher. They judge you according to their best ability, and then treat you appropriately. Sometimes, they are harsh, but yet that is just to challenge you to reach new levels and do more achievements, not whine and complain about it. Trust me, when you will actually go into industry, you will realize that no matter how bad you thought your teacher was, the things he taught you were all worth it since you will appreciate them then.
Anyway, for those people who think I am one of the teachers posting this (which is so unfortunate to even think about), go do an IP check on me (i.e. if you know how to do it).
One last thing. Many of the students of Naveed Ikram are in several prestigious universities across the globe, and they don’t really complain that he was a bad teacher. There are good and bad phases of everyone, you don’t complain about it, you work harder and challenge your teacher with intellectual questions so that he or she is challenged as well and work harder than he or she usually does.
Hope you learn something out of this post instead of just showing aggression, which we are so good at.

Zouhaib was never in Rifah, even when Dr. Naveed Ikram was in Rifah, he was in MAJU (that kind of negates the fact that he is there where Dr. Naveed is). Secondly, they left MAJU because the main admin changed over there, and the new admin policies were unfortunately not appropriate. No one fired Zouhaib, he just left as support to the rest of the old administration. Thirdly, Zouhaib was in a totally different research group (which was not Dr. Naveed Ikrams btw), and Zouhaib and Dr. Naveed really seldom talked to each other. I would have understood if you would have said the same thing about Atif, but for Zouhaib, this doesn’t make any sense.
Next time, please get your facts right before posting. I guess, now you know the whole truth or may be you will still not agree with me since you are just against him and/or MAJU and won’t talk about logical reasoning.

M M i think you also need to get your facts right as well bcz when you dont know why Dr. naveed was brought here, then you dont know anything. According to the president “Dr naveed ikram to apna banda hai incompetent hai mujhay pata hai humne hi usay PHD karnay k liay bahar bheja tha us ka koi experience nahin hai zyada”. If you are aware of the rules for scholarships given to faculty members for PHD then they have to come back and serve in that institution once again. has he done that? Nop. He was sacked from Ripah bcz the degree of a class had finished and they were left with one credit hour. Dr naveed ikram was close to President that is why he was brought here despite all of his negligences and mistakes.
so better to know the whole story before trying to defend Dr. Naveed ikram

for your kind information Zouhaib was with our great teacher Dr. Jaffar ur rehman( LATE ) and this is the very first time Dr.Naveed and Mr. Zouhaib is working together.
so just don’t blame every body for the mistake of one or two..

Please stop criticizing and abusing MAJUniversity as all these so called ‘MAJU people’ are now part of IIUI, and MAJU is nothing to do with it. MAJU didn’t forced IIUI to hire these people.
Just to clear things up.. Mr. Zohaib was never a part of Dr. Naveed Ikram’s group and if you ask people from MAJU they would even go as far as saying that they did not even get along all that well either. Zohaib was in a different research group working with Dr. Jaffar-ur Rehman (late). In addition if you go over the list of his international (yes international and reputed, not just any) publications, you will find that he has more that most of the faculty at Islamic. And he NEVER EVER went to RIFA.
And about his leaving MAJU he was not the only one. A good part of Computer Science faculy left MAJU when the administration was changed including the Dean Prof. Zafar Malik .
If any one has any doubts about his work in industry all you need to do is to call up someone in the comapnies he has worked in to find out. His research credentials are pretty much clear from his publications. Students seem to like him too from the reaction of students here at MAJU. Dont know what people are complaining about when talking about zohaib. And yes he is very strict and regularly fails people caught cheating in assignments but what do you expect??

If the issue is of administration of Dr. Naveed Ikram then why are you blaming MAJU for this? MAJU is another institute and is as dear to its graduates as IIU is to you. So we at MAJU are really disappointed and displeased by this act on the part of IIU students. If the issue is of administration of Dr. Naveed Ikram then why are all the teachers (related to MAJU) being blamed in your application?

I think “435 Outsider” has explained things very nicely. I don’t think universities should be compared by teachers, but they should rather be compared by third party institutes (like HEC for example whose rating is pathetic to be honest). When teachers refer to institutions, they are just referring to their experience over there (if they convey it in a negative manner, then its definitely their fault). However, constructive comparison is always good.
Academics in Oxford/Cambridge compare with each other as well, though the comparisons there are very constructive and positive. They are done by referring to total number of Nobel prizes or total number of Rowing competitions won, but no one takes them in a wrong way.
I can understand when students complain that there is a comparison there (in a very bad manner), and the teachers are to be blamed for that, but not everyone did it, and not everyone did it with ill intentions (in fact I don’t really think anyone did that with ill intentions).
All I can say is that if you want to put the blame on someone, blame individuals, not institutions, and instead of blaming, you can shut them up by performing to a very high standard, just by pushing yourself to those limits which you are not aware of yourselves. Once you have achieved that, your teacher would have no reason not to give you As or respect you as a student.

all students will give 6 internal over all..each after 3 weeks before SIG. how manu of you will be able to complete enterprise project in 18 weeks?

wat to say yar? all depends oninternal examiner now. i was sitting in dev lab n there was a n external in progress. it was more then a torture..believe me the external examiner was shouting.. so dear fellows…insukt proof ho kar internal+external dena. best of luck. stike mei jo jo maju faculty ko kaha tha na..ab yeh badla lein gy. i have complete proof of it. i have seen 2 cases too.
